FAQ

Describe your coaching style.

I believe in a coaching approach that is a cross between democratic and holistic. I believe in an approach that takes into account the interests, concerns, and choices of the people involved while also recognizing the connectedness of multiple domains, and seeking a balance between these approaches accordingly.

Who is your ideal client and why?

My ideal client is an emotionally mature, highly successful executive or senior manager who has a passion to become a better leader. Is driven and self-reflective, open to feedback, and the willingness to change and grow.

How do you measure success with a client?

I take a three-fold process to measure success. One, you set goals up-front with the client. These can include both quantitative and qualitative goals. The key here is that these are jointly crafted with the client's input and consent. Second, there needs to be tracking of results vs. these goals throughout the engagement. There are agreed-upon check-in points and open dialogue between the coach and client regarding what is working and what needs to be adjusted, and agreement to any course correction that may be needed. Last but not least, there is a measurement of results vs. the goals and 360 feedback received back from the client.

What is your coaching superpower?

I value experience, advice, and legacy and integrate information and insight to uplift your clients' spirits and advance their lives. This shines through every aspect of my life, and I stand out as honest, trustworthy, authentic, and motivating. My clients benefit from my knowledge and past experience.
