Full Bio

I’ve spent 20 years in executive leadership roles, including CEO and CFO. Now, I'm helping leaders realize their full potential. I believe that organizations are only as effective as their leaders, and that "Culture eats strategy for breakfast!” A leader's impact on others is the most important and controllable factor in how an organization performs. Every leader and situation is unique which is why 1-on-1 executive coaching is so powerful.

My focus is on helping executives improve their leadership by helping them figure out what they specifically need to work on given their unique strengths, weaknesses, and situation by helping them implement a plan to ensure success. I believe the key is helping people identify and make the changes they need to make to get to where they want to go. I use MBTI and LVI 360 assessments to help identify possible changes needed. As well as self-discovery tools such as meditation and journaling. I use self-check-ins and other accountability tools to help clients stay on track.

Notable Client Achievements

  • A client we'll call "Jordan" is a senior sales leader for a major insurance firm. He is an outgoing, charming, gregarious man. However, he had a secret that few people knew. In certain situations, he would get public speaking anxiety so severe that he could not speak. His fear of this happening whenever he was speaking in groups was definitely impacting his confidence and therefore his results. In working together, we figured out together what was at the root of the issue and come up with a few simple strategies to deploy that allowed him to get through high-stress high stakes discussions, and presentations successfully. These subtle adjustments have transformed his confidence and his results.
  • A client we'll call "Alice" is a senior sales leader for a global conglomerate. She was offered a promising new position with a firm she respected. It was what she wanted, but something was nagging at her. We worked on it and discovered that a gap in her experience has always been nagging at her, it has always a drag on her confidence and held her back. In working together, she decided he couldn't and didn't want to "fix" this gap. She had so many other strengths and values to add. We worked out a plan to get the job she wanted and to free herself of this issue that has been holding her back for so long. She was able to negotiate a new role that didn't focus on this gap but instead leveraged her strengths. It was not the original role that was offered. It was much better for Alice and the new employer.
  • A client we'll call "Doug" is the CEO and founder of a distribution company. The company was profitable during COVID, but after COVID the company experienced a significant decline in revenues and was no longer profitable. Doug was faced with mounting financial challenges, a team that was getting burned out, and he himself was stuck not able to make decisions confidently. Doug knew transformational change was needed when he hired me. He made the investment in coaching despite his tightening financial situation. I worked with Doug and his senior team to develop a plan to bring the company back to financial stability ("strategic bridge"). We worked together on rebuilding his team's trust and enthusiasm for the business. And Doug was able to make the important decisions he needed to make with clarity and confidence. Doug and his business are now back on track.
