My coaching style is developmental in nature. I help my clients uncover their underlying thinking, hard-wired mindsets, limiting beliefs, and strongly-held assumptions. Together, they explore new perspectives and take action to level up their leadership. My coaching sessions start fast, go deep, and end strong. In the process, we explore a greater organizational impact, and for that, I usually ask for organizational context - 360 assessment, stakeholder interviews, or manager alignment conversation.
My ideal clients are those who are fully committed to showing up to our coaching sessions consistently, vulnerably, and courageously. They are not afraid of experimenting with new ways of being and doing, and they want to see change.
