Throughout his 20+ year career in Tech, Jason has led the Revenue/Sales Initiatives as one of the first 100 employees at tiny start-ups that have evolved into multi-billion dollar acquisitions (Vitamin Water, Groupon). After experiencing severe burnout post Groupon IPO, Jason devoted years of his life as a full-time student (again) strengthening his knowledge on all things philosophy, psychology, and neurology. Rewiring his own beliefs to upgrade his Mental Software to the latest cutting-edge software, Jason now coaches others on how to do the same.

His unique blend of strategizing exponential Revenue initiatives combined with his Performance Coaching has empowered Leaders to be healthier versions of themselves, trickling down to employees, ultimately driving healthier revenues. Jason coaches Senior Leaders from Uber, Wells Fargo, Compass, Accenture, 500Start-Ups, Gallup, and TechStars. His mission is to help you close the gap that exists between who you are today, and, who you know you are capable of becoming.
