I am in the business of helping my clients identify ways of thinking and behaving that no longer serve them well and adopt new ones so they can be more adept at managing ambiguity and disruption in their teams and in their businesses. I am a talent development professional and certified executive coach with 30 plus years global experience working in Fortune 500 firms in the executive coaching, training, learning and change management space. I created JAR Consulting so I could focus on the area where I have deep expertise and which I most enjoy and do my best work: executive coaching. From my experience, I have learned that coaching is a deliberate and intentional process that enables my clients to adopt new knowledge, skills, and behaviors so they can be more adept at leading their organizations through change, ambiguity, and disruption.
My coaching experience includes one on one and group coaching. My coaching style is supportive and collaborative enabling my clients to take more risks to expand their skills and knowledge. My broad exposure of understanding human behavior in a variety of business settings gives me a unique perspective into challenges clients face and enables me to identify sustainable solutions (training and/or coaching) to address those challenges.
