Q&A

Describe your coaching style.

My style is authentic, engaged, honest and supportive

Who is your ideal client and why?

My ideal client is a CEO or someone on the Leadership Team who wants to sharpen their skills in service of employee engagement, empowerment, and company results. It's easy to look past the power of an engaged, high-functioning leadership team that is clear about the impact they have on the lives and success of the people who work for them. They are ultimately in service of the employees who serve the clients. I often say, "it's an inside job."

How do you measure success with a client?

Success is if a client achieves the goals they set out to accomplish at the start of the engagement. It's critical to set measurable/tangible goals with a client.

What is your coaching superpower?

I am curious and have the ability to help uncover what's underneath the behavior, thinking, and limitations the client puts on themselves unknowingly
