Natalie’s experience includes a variety of environments; clinical/medical, academic, biotech/pharma in small to very large organizations, including Genentech, Global Blood Therapeutics, Pfizer, Cell Genesys, Pharmacyclics, UCSF, Penn State University, Rush University, University of Chicago Medical Center.

Natalie is currently certified to administer the Myers-Briggs MBTI CPI-260 and MHS EQi 2.0 & EQi 360, personality and leadership assessments. She holds an Advanced Certified Personal and Executive Coaching (ACPEC) credential with the College of Executive Coaching (CEC), with plans to apply for the International Coaching Federation certification in the coming 6 months.

She is an expert in her field and transitioned to a personal and executive coaching role to fulfill her passion for helping people and clients in all stages of their careers and lives. Her emphasis is on helping clients navigate career and life transitions and challenges, identifying personal and professional goals, and supporting the development of strategies to achieve peak performance and life balance. Her approach is holistic and brings her background in nutrition as a Registered Dietitian and certified Health Coach to supplement her coaching practice, based on client needs.
