Bio

I am a strategic advisor who helps teams and individuals navigate complexity, change, and prepare for the future. The focus of my work is to help people with the hardest challenges they face. We work together to bring clarity, to reframe, to make sense, make decisions, to develop new capability—all in service of change.

My clients often come to me because they know they need to do something differently but haven’t been able to chart the path forward. They are faced with new challenges and looking for new ways of working. I tend to work with people who are tired of ‘the way things have always been’ and are willing to think, feel, and act differently, sometimes radically so (but not always).

My work sits at the intersection of organizational design, strategy, and leadership. Though not a requirement, it helps when a client is equal parts curious, optimistic, and clear-eyed. The work we would do together is collaborative. We are in this together to see what emerges as we engage in practical and profound ways. Finally, I believe that we must organize joyful encounters in our work together. That does not mean that it is always easy, but we are always aiming toward joy in our work.
