Veronica was drawn to Human Resources because of her inclination toward solving people problems in the workplace. She amassed a 28-year HR career where she thrived in employee relations, engagement and development by coaching and diffusing many issues and facilitating challenging conversations between leaders and their employees. In 2015, she pursued her first coaching certification from the Human Resources Coaching Certification Institute. She discovered many of the issues she encountered in employee relations were as a result of leaders not being fully equipped to effectively lead and decided to change that by using coaching and training to support leaders with discovering and operating in their most authentic leadership style and lead effectively for themselves, their team and their organization. As an Executive Leadership Coach, she has been able to support leaders with identifying their leadership genius to increase employee engagement, and productivity; elevate their executive presence and improve the overall performance of the organization.
