Q&A

Describe your coaching style.

Through my questions and encouraging clients to reflect on their thoughts and feelings, I act as a client's thought partner. This helps them get 'unstuck,' to be able to move forward with actions that are meaningful for them.

Who is your ideal client and why?

My ideal client comes to a session with a specific challenge, issue, or opportunity and wants to take action.

How do you measure success with a client?

I check in during, and especially at the end of a session, to see if we are achieving their goals and are willing to commit to taking action.

What is your coaching superpower?

Asking a provocative question that gets a client to reframe thinking that is not serving them well.
