I focus on coaching job seekers of all types, especially those with nontraditional and diverse backgrounds, to gain clarity on their career development, create an effective job search strategy, interview successfully, and achieve their career goals.

How do you measure success with a client?

I identify specific career goals with the client on the first call to personalize the coaching to the client’s needs. Success is measured by the completion of identifiable short-term client goals. I ensure that every client I work with leaves my coaching sessions with a game plan and confidence to direct their career over the long term.
