As your coach, Matylda can help you gain clarity on what’s next and how to get there faster. She’ll partner with you to identify your current challenges and craft an action plan to navigate them. As humans, we have unlimited growth potential, and Matylda believes that continuing to challenge ourselves contributes to a fulfilling, meaningful life. Her coaching is informed by neuroscience and positive psychology, and her style is warm and supportive yet also direct and challenging – and always in service of your growth and of guidance towards your goals. Matylda earned her initial coaching certification from New York University and has also completed an ICF-accredited 14-month advanced coaching practicum. She has also trained in mindfulness coaching, group, and team coaching, and helping clients develop executive presence.
She has coached clients at Disney, ESPN, Discovery, Forbes, Amazon, Hubspot, Pinterest, Etsy, JP Morgan, Barclays, StoryCorps, MoMA, as well as entrepreneurs and startup founders growing smaller tech companies.
Prior to coaching, she founded a tech events consultancy that partnered with companies like Microsoft, Yahoo, Pearson and IDEO, as well as venture capital firms and startup accelerators. She served as Director of Content for one of NYC’s largest digital media conferences and has led teams as small as 2 and large as 400. Matylda began her career as a journalist for NBC Olympics, daily newspapers in Colorado and California, and online media, including as a columnist for TechCrunch. She has always been curious about people and what makes us tick, and looks forward to partnering with you to help you confidently reach your goals.
