Adolph holds Bachelor’s and MBA degrees from the UK and a scholarship Master’s degree in Canada. He is a Hudson Certified Coach and International Coaching Federation (ICF) member. Prior to becoming a Career Growth and Leadership Development Coach, he led communications, public relations and corporate marketing teams at several large tech companies, a private adult learning institution and a boutique tech PR Agency located in the UK, Netherlands and for the past 25 years the Bay Area.
