What options do you offer?

Currently we offer a single package. It's simple – we do everything it takes to help you land a great new job.

How much does it cost?

Up to 10% of your monthly income for 18 months. There is no upfront payment – you only pay when you start your new job.

You never pay more than $9,000 and stop paying us if your cumulative payments hit this number.

For high-income customers, the payment period will be under one year. We also offer the option to buy out the income share early.

What is an income share?

An income share means you agree to pay us a percent of your income for a defined amount of time. We are investing in you! Income shares are beneficial for you because you only pay once you're hired, and you don't pay if you get laid off. We take a risk on our customers because we believe in their capacity to succeed.

Can I work with Placement if I’m currently employed?

Yes! Many of our customers are currently employed when they start working with us. Since we do a lot of the heavy lifting on your behalf, we make it much easier to job search while you are employed.

Do I have to relocate?

No! If you are already in a city with good job opportunities for your skills, we are happy to work with you.

Can I work with Placement if I don’t have a college degree?

Yes, you can! In fact, we'll work with you to prove your competencies to employers using aptitude tests and other methods.

Can I work with Placement if I don’t have a US work visa?

No. Unfortunately at this time, we're only able to support people who are already authorized to work in the United States.

How long does it take to get hired?

The timeline can vary quite a bit based on your skills, industry, and locations you're targeting. Our best estimate is 3 months to go from sign up to signed offer. That breaks down into 1 week to define your job search strategy, 2 weeks to put together application materials and practice, 2 months interviewing with companies, and 1 week to negotiate your offers.

Can Placement help me get a remote job?

Yes, we can help with this. However, remote jobs are in high-demand so there is a lot of competition for the available jobs. We are more discerning when deciding to with a candidate who is primarily interested in remote work.

What if I get a job offer immediately after signing with Placement?

No problem. If you get a job offer within 1 calendar week of signing with, we will automatically cancel your contract.

Am I obligated to accept a position I'm offered while working with Placement?

No, you are free to accept or reject any job offers you receive while working with Placement. We are here to assist with the decision-making process, but you are in control.

I’m an employer. Do you charge fees?

No! We do not charge employers. There are no fees for hiring from our network. No placement fees, no contingency fees, nothing. Our business model is investing in candidates who pay us after they land a new role that they're excited about. In our view this directly aligns our incentives with our core customer.

I’m hiring. Can I share my job postings with you?
