Andrew Stern is a results-driven executive coach who is deeply motivated to develop the next generation of high-performing organizational leaders. Having served as Bloomberg LP’s Americas Head of Executive Coaching and as Squarespace’s Global Head of Executive Coaching, Andrew has coached dozens of senior leaders across industries and functional disciplines, inspiring clients to translate lessons and insights into targeted actions. His elite experience and proven track record of excellence earned him one of 15 spots in world-renowned executive coach Marshall Goldsmith’s inaugural Forefront program, cultivating the next class of extraordinary coaches from around the world. Andrew’s coaching meets leaders where they are and provides scaffolding to help them deliver outsize impact.
