As a liberal arts major, she accidentally fell into the software world when she joined Microsoft as a member of the original MS Outlook team. Since then, Becky has helped many multidisciplinary teams and executives at companies like Nike, Starbucks HQ, Kaiser, and Columbia Sportswear improve clarity and leadership. She employs professional and credentialed coaching methodologies from the Co-Active Training Institute and the International Coaching Federation (and is also a professional Agile coach).
