Hello, I am a seasoned professional with over 30 years of Operations Leadership, Harvard MBA , Certification in Leadership Coaching for Operational Performance from Rutgers University, and an Associate Coach Certification (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

I am committed to growing effective leaders while helping companies reach their optimal potential. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated expertise in evaluating and transitioning organizational processes and workforce culture and well-practiced in building consensus among key stakeholders. At Acushnet Company, brands of Titleist, FootJoy, Scotty Cameron, and Vokey, I provided leadership and direction to 1,800 staff across six facilities in the U.S. and Thailand as Senior VP of Operations. I also contributed to the transition of the organizational design from high-volume, low-performing SKU manufacturing to high-complexity, responsive manufacturing. Moreover, I led a global start-up team to establish a new factory in Thailand and directed all HR staffing and onboarding procedures for this $70M international expansion. This involved recruiting 100% of all critical international staff.
