My ideal client is one with a growth mindset and a bias for action. I like to coach leaders and teams from small to mid-sized companies with a growth mindset but are challenged with what’s next. While their path forward may be unclear, a sense of urgency to act exists. Usually, these clients are experiencing one or more external market disruptors or internal challenges inhibiting professional and organizational growth. They are looking for answers. In the simplest sense, the value I provide is helping these clients move forward.
