My name is Brian Dann, and I'm a New York City based Executive Leadership Coach and Consultant. Having worked with thousands of leaders across the globe over the last 15 years, I've seen the gamut of organizational challenges that leaders face, and during some of the most challenging times. I’ve also seen first hand what it takes for leaders to rise to the occasion, and how much those needs are changing with the world.
I've had the pleasure of working with companies like Meta, Samsung, Affirm, Tiffany and Co, David Yurman, Apple, Twilio, DataDog, DuoLingo, Two Sigma, NBA, ASPCA, Mt Sinai School of Medicine, and many others. I hold my PCC accreditation through the International Coaching Federation. I’m also certified in the Hogan Leadership Assessment, and have used this tool to help hundreds of leaders understand their individual and collective power.
One of the most important aspects of my coaching lens is that I’ve been both on the outside as a coach and on the inside running internal Leadership and Organization Development functions. My practice marries a global leadership perspective with a deep connection to organizational context and strategy. It’s with these two parts that I help Tomorrow’s Leaders get there today.

- Coached an executive team through culture transformation resulting in a 20% in engagement and achieving all time high retention rates (Jaros, Baums, and Bolles).
- Coached a VP of product around building alignment within their team and cross-functionally to reduce the go-to-market timeframe down to 6 months from 18 months (Casper).
- Constuled an executive team on a 6 month project to recreate their Company Core Values, and role those values into a new competency model, hiring process, and mapped into their existing performance management system.
