Brian brings a unique blend of military, business, and HR leadership experience to coaching. He holds several professional coaching and strategic HR credentials. I pull from a variety of personal and professional experiences to connect with my clients and understand their unique challenges and goals. I get really curious about what my clients are experiencing and act as an objective thought partner to identify and execute their goals for success.

Who is your ideal client and why?

My ideal client is a leader who wants to achieve more by being more. They have a high level of self-awareness (or a desire to develop it) and aren’t satisfied with the status quo. They come to each call ready to explore and apply insight and action for the results they’re looking for.

How do you measure success with a client?

I measure success in terms of the achievement of my client’s stated goals and intentions. Sometimes the path is winding or obscured, but the insight and “a-ha” moments keep us moving forward.

What is your coaching superpower?

My coaching superpower is the curiosity I bring in exploring unseen paths and solutions. It acts as a torch to either help light the path, or as a “safe” spot while we explore outside our comfort zone.
