FAQ
Describe your coaching style.

As a coach, I believe it is my job to help you achieve your goals by creating a safe and empowering space and guiding you toward your inspired future as you align your values, thoughts, and actions. I have a holistic coaching style that focuses on the client as a whole person. While strategic and tactical goals are part of my process, I believe deep personal transformation is at the heart of truly sustainable change.

How do you measure success with a client?

For me personally -it's when I see a shift in confidence and forward movement. For my clients, I use an intake form when we start our work together, setting up their goals and defining what success would look like for them after our engagement, and revisit that with them at the closing session.

What is your coaching superpower?

My coaching superpower is listening, not only to words said but to what is underneath and often unspoken and gently guiding you to explore that.

Who is your ideal client and why?

My ideal client is someone who is committed to the process and willing to deepen their self-awareness. I work especially well with women who seek to have their voice heard and contributions valued. I want to help women step into true confidence, learn to feel comfortable taking up space, and to question the patriarchal systems that have told us our feminine values and authentic selves do not belong in leadership.
