Before his current role as Founder at PNI Therapeutics and his career in Talent Development, Charles demonstrated his adaptability and versatility in several leadership positions within Mastercard's Global Marketing organization. As a core member of Mastercard's Marketing team, he played a pivotal role in establishing Mastercard as a world-renowned brand. This included expanding the award-winning, iconic "Priceless" marketing campaign into more than 125 geographies worldwide.

His global experience includes guiding marketing and communication efforts in the Middle East and Africa and overseeing the management of Mastercard's most important marketing & advertising agency relationships. Forward-thinking and as an innovative HR leader, Charles introduced business intelligence software (DOMO) among Mastercard's Learning & Development practices to measure and assess program success metrics. As an early pioneer, he introduced Coursera for Corporate Learning and Development at Mastercard, which inspired Coursera to pursue a robust B2B strategy and business. Before his service at Mastercard, Charles worked in Direct Marketing for DMB&B and Young & Rubicam. During this time, he was responsible for developing marketing programs for his clients, including British Airways, General Motors, and FedEx. Charles earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing from Binghamton University and has been on a lifelong journey of continuous learning and reinvention.
