In her most recent role as the Talent Manager & Army Coaching Program Director at the U.S. Army, Christine led the strategy, development, and implementation of the nationwide Army Coaching Program—the first of its kind. It brought executive-style coaching to all Soldiers and Army Civilians, equipping them with professional and personal growth tools. A big-picture strategist with an eye for detail, she oversaw the entire program, including change management, budget, and resource allocation. She quickly secured executive buy-in, and the coaching program was signed by the directive as an order by the Secretary of the Army. She also oversaw the program’s selection and training of 250+ coaches. The results: participation of 3000+ active service members, YoY growth since launch, 25% improved retention in specific cohorts, and a 92% satisfaction rate.
