Cindy Peterson is a collaborative and impassioned entrepreneur, consultant and leadership coach. Whether she's coaching an individual or partnering with internationally recognized Fortune 500 clients to design state-of-the-art leadership development programs, Cindy gives each person she encounters her full, undivided attention. Helpful and giving by nature, nothing fulfills her more than when she empowers and guides others through periods of change, transformation, and growth. Still, resisting change is human nature, and Cindy knows this thanks to her extensive experience throughout her career optimizing corporate organizational structure and implementing new ways of working.
However, she also possesses a deep knowledge of the human imagination’s great potential. As the founder of a consultancy focused on leadership and organizational systems coaching, Cindy wields her imagination – and her astute attention to detail – creating extraordinary, expansive visions of what the future of work can hold. This skill has made her a treasured partner in the eyes of her clients and the companies she has worked with over the years. Clients turn to Cindy when they’re on the precipice of uncharted territory: elevating the next generation of leaders, reimagining organizational agility, or facing innovation and collaboration challenges. But, her true superpower lies in harnessing the same passion companies dedicate to innovating products and services to modernizing and innovating HOW we work, lead, and shape the culture within our organizations.
With more than 20 years of experience working with some of the most well known brands in the world to emerging markets and start-ups, Cindy has proven herself an expert guide during times of change. During her years with Macy’s, Cindy led the transformation and change management of Macys.com from a project-based to an agile, value-stream-model for strategic planning and technology execution in addition to being a champion of improving overall employee engagement and communication. Always motivated by the desire to make a difference, Cindy knew that she could be a more effective change-maker as a consultant and coach. In this role, Cindy has partnered with leaders and companies both large and small, including H&M, AbbVie/Allergan, Department of Defense, Clif, Macys, Metallica, Gerdau Steel, Kroger, Johnson & Johnson, and McDonalds.
For all of her expertise with elevating leaders, change and transformation, Cindy also cherishes restorative downtime. For Cindy, beauty can be found in life’s balance. A boundless love of travel, Cindy plans to pick up where her 2008-2009, 14-month adventure around the world left off, escaping on short trips full of culture, beauty and the unknown in the meantime.
