His work focuses on the most strategic issues in organizations and with people. He's run learning and leadership development for three pre-IPO startups — at various stages of scaling — on their journey to and beyond IPO. Partnered with Burning Man to co-developed their emergent leadership model and educational programs.

Corey has coached and advised hundreds of leaders and their teams, worked on a handful of M&A deals, built multiple leadership development programs, and supported employee engagement, culture change, and many global talent initiatives. He's facilitated hundreds of learning experiences for thousands of people with stellar reviews. Those experiences have connected him with amazing humans in The Americas, Europe, and Asia. In all of it, Corey feels particularly honored to be a partner in work which creates positive change in the world.

Corey trained with the prestigious Hudson Institute of Coaching and holds a business degree in Consulting & Venture Management from Emory University's Goizueta Business School. Still, some of his most important learnings have come from his incredible wife and four children.
