Bio

After coming to the US from Ukraine in 1995, Ella settled in San Francisco and started her 20+ year career with technology companies in Silicon Valley. This journey took her from tiny startups to a large international corporation (SAP), and from technical roles in development to program and partner management, customer success, and business development. Along the way, she obtained her MBA degree at Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley. She also discovered coaching while working at SAP where she was selected to become an internal coach, conflict counselor, and facilitator.

Ella encourages her clients to view their professional and personal life as an ever-evolving path. She helps them develop a strategy to find fulfillment at any stage of their life and career; navigate transitions with grace and humor, and discover happiness in the present moment

FAQ
Describe your coaching style.

I am empathetic, supportive, caring, and firm. I am an attentive listener. I create a comfortable and safe space for my clients encouraging them to think freely.

Who is your ideal client and why?

My ideal client is motivated to change, even if they do not know what that change is. They are open to learning, trying new things, and exploring. They have an open mind and eagerness to discover their blind spots. It is exciting discovering and progressing together!

How do you measure success with a client?

Success for my client occurs when they define, set, and achieve goals that inspire them. They identify and achieve what they need to feel fulfilled and happy. Often these goals are presented to me at the outset of our work together, while other times, new goals materialize during the coaching process.

What is your coaching superpower?

My superpower is my ability to hear what is said and “read between the lines” – things that are not displayed but eventually uncovered are often meaningful.
