Eva is an expert in leading processes and mentoring individuals and organizations to be highly goal-oriented and realize their full potential. Eva believes that developing, growing, and living a meaningful life depends on building and maintaining meaningful relationships with ourselves and others. Eva has over 20 years of experience in senior positions, managing and leading HR in large and medium-sized organizations. She was involved in building and implementing human resources strategy, managing teams, leading changes in companies in the process of growth, accompanying and developing managers, and building organizational processes. All this is in a complex, dynamic, and changing environment.
