Later on in his career, Gaston embraced the People area, spearheading learning and development, performance management, coaching, and cultural change initiatives. As a Global Learning and Development leader, he drove strategic solutions such as custom Learning Management Systems and managerial training programs. More recently, he gained more expertise in designing and implementing DEI and Culture and new skills, including Coaching, UX Design, and Project Management, as he decided to focus his career on talent development and growth and executive coaching.
