Since becoming a coach in 2018, Geoff’s coaching experience has been informed by his professional and personal experiences. Geoff’s business acumen and leadership experience help him quickly understand his client’s challenges. As Geoff aims to coach the “whole person” it also helps that he understands the challenge of balancing the demands of a global career, personal relationships, and individual interests. Geoff’s clients have described him as approachable, empathetic and someone that can quickly create clarity out of complexity.
In over 20 years of business experience at Morningstar, Geoff held several senior leadership roles in the areas of product management, software development, sales, and marketing. Geoff was responsible for the development and scaling of a global software business in a pre-IPO environment and as UK CEO, was responsible for the integration of five acquisitions as part of establishing a presence in the market. As the Global Head of Talent Management, Geoff established and led a leadership coaching program, which served leaders globally as part of a 12,000-person organization.
Geoff’s coaching focuses on helping his clients develop a deep level of awareness of habits, beliefs, and behaviors so they can break through the obstacles inhibiting their overall effectiveness. Geoff works with them to identify and define goals that will lead to sustainable, positive change so they can achieve their greatest aspirations.
