Hanako's forte and passion is helping people get from where they are to where they want to be. This can be anywhere from learning how to have those hard, but necessary conversations in your work and personal life; the ever elusive time management; the teeter-totter of decision making, discovering your strengths and values and making them work for you; self-advocacy and squashing imposter syndrome; and whatever else you may bring to the conversation. She has a knack for hearing what is not being said and bringing it to light.

• Partnered and coached with a Lead UX Designer from Xbox in initiating and navigating a job change internationally to a dream role in PlayStation London. This included negotiating increased compensation and relocation by $75K.
• Partnered and coached with game studio Director of Finance in transitioning out of corporate and starting their own line of freelance work. This was a case of work/life balance and living out personal values.
• Partnered and coached with Senior Manager of Game Production at The Pokemon Company International with leadership coaching on helping her direct reports get promoted; task delegation; internal communication and executive presence.
• Partnered and coached with an Operations Manager of a non-profit organization to actively work on being promoted from Program Coordinator to Operations Manager. Through coaching they were able to have a clear idea of what they wanted, how to communicate it to leadership, and put in place steps and goals that were intentional to achieving the promotion.
