Full Bio

With over 30 years in leadership, team building, and problem-solving practice, along with a consistent record of value-added contributions, Jesse can bring the insight, skills, and dedication to help you meet your top-priority goals by developing your existing and future leaders through coaching, mentoring, and professional development programs. Having served in the military, business, public schools, and collegiate education, he now strives to help good people define or redefine their definition of success, equips them to achieve it, and walks with them along their chosen path. Jesse wants to take his lifetime of knowledge and experience and live his legacy today by helping others be the best version of themselves they can be.

Jesse’s background includes Chief Safety and Training Officer, EVP, VP, and Director-level positions primarily within Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ), training, and leadership and organizational development support operations. Throughout his career, he had the opportunity to provide strategic and hands-on leadership in various environments, including the management of large teams and complex projects. As a result, he has contributed significantly to crucial company goals and implemented solutions beyond assigned objectives. Jesse offers a broad knowledge base and skills in leadership, management, organizational development, and related areas that he can transfer effectively to your team.

How can a history of HSEQ, Leadership, and Organization Development success you? Jesse learned a long time ago, if a company has a safety or quality problem, they don’t really have a safety or quality problem – it’s a leadership and management problem. Safety, quality, production, and profitability are all outputs directly resulting from leadership and management inputs; therefore, the historical successes his projects and companies achieved came less from safety and quality policy or procedure changes and more from professional development training, mentoring, and coaching. He has been less of a safety or quality professional and more of a curriculum developer, trainer/facilitator, group problem solver, and professional mentor and coach.
