Full Bio

As an executive coach, organizational consultant, and human capital expert, Jill has a specialty for coaching in intense, fast-paced work environments and with leaders facing organizational change. Jill helps clients enhance individual performance, team contribution, and company culture to more directly contribute to organizational results. Jill utilizes science-based and process-focused methodologies to help individuals and organizations facilitate positive change in the public and private sectors.

With over 20 years of experience as a coach, she is certified as an executive and workplace coach with NeuroLeadership Institute and team coaching training at Global Team Coaching Institute (GTCI). Jill holds a degree in international business. Initially working on a NASDAQ trading desk then as a financial analyst, Jill found her career in human resources and mediation then to coaching. Initially working in banking & capital markets, Jill has also worked in the governmental and non-profit sectors serving as a speaker, strategic planner, coach, mentor, and board level.

When she is not pursuing her passion for healthy workplaces, Jill spends time on her ranch with her husband and horses in the Blue Ridge mountains of North Carolina or traveling with her four adult children. Live an inspired life...
