Jim Farmer is a seasoned leader, trainer, and facilitator with career experience spanning corporate and nonprofit settings.
He began his professional journey at the Disneyland Resort, where he learned the art of guest experience, team culture, and delivering excellence at scale. Later, at SCAN Health Plan, Jim deepened his expertise in leadership development and organizational training, equipping professionals with tools to grow, collaborate, and thrive in complex environments. For more than 15 years, Jim has also dedicated himself to For The Children, a nonprofit serving children impacted by relational trauma. There, he has written, designed, and delivered training systems, leadership programs, and national conferences that empower volunteers and leaders to make life-changing impact in their communities.
Across all of these experiences, Jim has built a reputation for crafting facilitation that is both engaging and transformative. He helps individuals sharpen professional and leadership skills while guiding teams to break down barriers, strengthen collaboration, and align around shared goals.
