He works with a diverse range of clients in several industries, including retail (Target, Lowes), manufacturing (Ford, United Technologies), food & beverage (Starbucks, Chick-fil-A), and healthcare (CVS Health, Kaiser Permanente).
He has a unique ability to create safe spaces for C-suite executives, challenge their thinking in ways others won’t, help them see their strengths and weaknesses, and achieve accelerated growth. Prior to that, he served as a Marine Corps officer, helicopter pilot, and leader of agile software teams. Jimmy is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, a master’s in organizational development, and a Ph.D. in adult developmental psychology.
