As a Senior leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, Jolynn has 30+ years of experience spanning Fortune 100 companies to start-ups, with over 20 of those years at the Senior Director, General Manager and Vice President level. She has a deep understanding of individual and organizational dynamics in fast paced, international, matrixed organizations. Jolynn leverages her experience in the manufacturing sector where she created and executed growth strategies, led teams worldwide, managed reorganizations, executed layoffs and navigated the roller-coaster of start-ups. Jolynn’s experience enables her to work with professionals across industries and titles to develop quantifiable and measurable steps to ensure goals are met and expectations exceeded.
Jolynn has held senior positions in the Sporting Goods Industry, most recently as Senior Director of Material Innovation at Nike Inc. She was the VP of Product and Packaging at G Diapers, VP of Merchandising at Nau, and Global Business Unit Manager of North America for adidas AG. Jolynn also started the product creation curriculum and was an Adjunct Professor at the Warsaw School of Business at The University of Oregon. Jolynn spent her career mentoring young women to navigate their careers. She most recently founded and led The Women of Innovation initiative at Nike providing content, curriculum and leadership development programs for women at all levels to thrive and feel supported on their journey.
