Julie has coached leaders and executives at every level of her HR career. This experience has helped Julie develop a strong perspective on leadership and executive effectiveness which enables her to work with clients to build strong personal brands and leadership skills. She is passionate about seeing leaders grow and win with their teams and business. More recently, as a certified coach, Julie has worked extensively with individual executives and executive teams to advance business objectives, clarify executive roles and develop Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies. She has experience working with leaders in various fields and corporate functions, such as operations, sales, marketing, finance, merchandising, product design, inventory control, and IT. She has supported major company transitions to new operating models and embraces the change management and organization design needs of individuals and businesses. Julie has deep experience in coaching people in career transition and enjoys co-creating a path forward with her clients to assess what they really want from life and career. She works with college students to executives in transitioning to new roles. As a coach, Julie is level-headed, supportive, and open to coaching in various situations.
