Karen is a seasoned business professional with over 30 years of leading teams in executive roles in Legal, Product Management, Marketing, Communications, Regulatory Relations, and Strategy. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel for USAA P&C Group. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), certified through the Hudson Institute of Coaching.
As an executive, leadership, career, and transition coach, Karen has worked with leaders across for-profit and non-profit industries, including financial services, pharma, energy, law, franchising, and housing development.
