Her prior professional experiences include leading multimedia elearning production, product education, and operational training teams. She has deep experience in cross-functional HR leadership and scaling programs for multi-year rollout. All these roles have culminated in her mission to drive individual and organizational success using an empathetic, strength-based approach.
