I'm a clinical and organizational psychologist who specializes in:

• Executive career and senior team assessment, development, and coaching
• Talent strategy consulting to teams undergoing big change (M&A, expansion, strategy changes)
• Human capital applied research design and implementation

I am an expert with C-suite leaders, women leaders, leaders in transition, young careerists, and entrepreneurs. Cross-cultural issues related to M&A integrations for multinational orgs, mid-stage startup strategy, and mid-cap growth are specialties.

Born and raised at the foot of a ski mountain in Colorado, I now live in Boulder where I am an outdoor sports junkie, work to live Zen values, fight the daily battle to combat cognitive errors, and search the globe for vanishing powder stashes to ski.
