As a technology leader I have hired and led high performing teams while fostering innovation and a growth-oriented culture. My experience spans several business domains (ecommerce, social networking, enterprise SASS, online advertising) across companies of all sizes. I have delivered outsized impact individually and through my teams in a variety of organizational models and work cultures.
A specialty of note is in hiring, recruiting and interviewing. During my tenure at Amazon I was a bar raiser, bar raiser trainer, and instructor of the course Functional Interviewing. I’ve conducted over 500 interviews across all roles and levels, serving either as hiring manager, bar raiser (Amazon), or decider (Snap).
Currently I focus on career and leadership coaching to technology professionals and leaders, consulting to organizations on hiring and leading cross functional technical teams, and interview coaching to job seekers.
