Lisa has 35 years of experience as an HR executive and Talent Development leader at global and US-based organizations, including Tennant Company and Prime Therapeutics. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Chemistry, Bachelor of Biochemistry, and a Master of Education in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota. She also earned a Ph.D. in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota, with her dissertation on Emotional Intelligence. She earned her Executive and Professional Coaching Certificate from the University of Texas at Dallas and her ACC ICF credential. Lisa resides in St. Paul, MN. In her free time, she is an avid skier and coaches High School Alpine Skiing in the winter, and in the summer, she mountain bikes and enjoys cycling, along with hiking and being outdoors.
