FAQ
Describe the process you use to help clients move forward with their lives.

I appreciate clients reflecting on patterns in their lives that support or hinder them from moving forward. Once they recognize and honor the whole system, I support them in what is working. I coach them to find resolve in letting go of patterns that are no longer serving them.

Describe your coaching style.

My coaching style is thoughtful and insightful while supporting and questioning my clients to explore their norms and patterns while working towards solutions.

How do you measure success with a client?

I may measure success differently than the client. Ultimately it is how the client defines and feels success. I help you recognize some of your immediate successes while also noting that some of that success seeps in over time.

How do you support clients that don’t have a clear idea of what they want to do?

When clients don’t have a clear idea of what they want to do, I support them to work on one step forward toward something. And with each step ahead, trusting that clarity will unfold.
