Leadership Coach (PCC-certified) with a nearly 20-year career in product and marketing leadership roles. Meredith has worked with 300+ managers and leaders to build intentional careers.
Leveraging her experience leading teams in corporate settings at Fortune 100 companies, Meredith approaches client engagements with the intention to help leaders explore and define what’s next - what their ideal career looks like moving forward, the type of leader and team member they’re aspiring towards, how to navigate organizational changes and how they want to show up in difficult moments. She has worked with clients ranging from individual contributors to C-suite executives in the tech, financial services, media, consulting, CPG, healthcare, nonprofit and government sectors. Her clients come from a range of companies including Google, Apple, Coca-Cola, Wells Fargo, Capital One, KPMG and Samsung.
Meredith guides clients through a self-discovery process in order to anchor their choices in their personal goals and barriers. She then incorporates leadership and relationship skill-building - rooted in data-backed practices and her own strategic insights - to help with external and internal obstacles along the way. Finally, she partners with clients to identify the actions they want to take to be better leaders and long-term strategies to keep growing well beyond the coaching engagement.
Meredith’s style is direct and inquisitive. She asks powerful questions that empower clients to think deeply about their choices. Her clients say that they feel supported to explore challenging feelings and circumstances and leave sessions with more clarity on their next steps.
Meredith is an ICF-certified coach (PCC) trained in the Co-Active coaching model. She also has extensive training in interpersonal dynamics and executive communication and helps clients with their presence, building influence, and conflict management. She has over 18 years of experience in the corporate world at companies like Meta, ModCloth, and Innovation Works and an MBA from the University of California at UC Berkeley.
My style is direct and inquisitive. I ask powerful questions that empower clients to think deeply about their careers. My clients say that they feel supported to explore challenging feelings and circumstances and also find that they leave sessions with clarity on their next steps.
One of the first steps in my coaching engagements is identifying what the client’s goals are for our sessions. We will return to this goal throughout the engagement and check in on progress or updates. Sometimes goals are easily measurable - e.g. I want to get a new role within three months. Other times, goals start ambiguous and we work together to find ways to gain more specificity - e.g. I want to have more influence at work.
Communication best practices (including frameworks and nonviolent communications) to help clients deliver effective presentations, clear feedback, and navigate interpersonal dynamics
So many of our career challenges are rooted in relationships. I have extensive training in interpersonal dynamics work and I bring in this knowledge to help clients shape conversations, presentations, and meetings so that they’re able to effectively lead others.
