Mike's purpose is to create strength through dialogue. As a leadership coach since 2006, he helps clients live more "on purpose" in their personal and professional lives. Working with leaders from CEOs to individual contributors across diverse industries, Mike is known for:

  • Enhancing leadership and management effectiveness
  • Identifying and stepping up to crucial conversations
  • Improving self-awareness and interpersonal skills

Mike holds a Professional Coach Certification from the International Coaching Federation and is certified in various assessments, including Leadership Circle Profile and EQ-i 2.0. He has an M.Ed. from the University of Virginia and a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
