Pari helps people lead the life they want unencumbered by negativity, self-defeating thoughts, and burnout. Pari has been a coach and trainer for more than 20 years and works with individuals from all walks of life. She individualizes her approach based on your needs, pulling from a combination of neuroscience, positive psychology, emotional intelligence, mindfulness, wellness, and proven leadership practices, to create a coaching experience that meets you where you are.

Pari is a lifelong learner and every time she studies a new topic, she stumbles on one or two other topics that grab her interest and takes her on a new journey. This allows Pari to constantly add more tools to her coaching practice and find more ways to help people grow.

Pari holds certifications as a/an ICF Certified Coach- PCC, Applied Positive Psychology Practitioner, Workplace Mindfulness Strategist, Clifton StrengthFinders Coach, Organizational Development Certified Professional, Emotional Intelligence Trainer, and Yoga Instructor.
