As a leader and a coach, Peter has gained a reputation as a motivational people leader and has led teams both as an Entrepreneur and at Fortune 500 companies. As a transformational coach and consultant, Peter has worked with leaders and organizations in various fields, including construction, technology, manufacturing, franchises, and non-profit groups. Peter brings his decades of real-world experience to his role as a coach and facilitator- replacing the hypothetical with the concrete and intentional. Peter’s entrepreneurial background started as a sales executive at Arrowpoint Communications, where he was instrumental in the IPO of the company and the subsequent acquisition by Cisco Systems for $5B. After a 4 year tenure at Cisco Systems, where Peter managed a team of 200+, Peter founded a Managed Service Provider.

Over a 6-year period, Peter grew the operation to 75 employees and led the successful sale to private equity. When you partner with Peter and prepare to be challenged, he buys into the axiom that “Hope is not a Strategy”- transformational growth must happen intentionally.
