He has a track record of success in helping organizations navigate uncertainty through shaping the strategic direction, driving organizational change, providing leadership guidance and support as well as developing and influencing critical business relationships that contribute to delivering results aligned to business goals. This has involved building relationships across multiple levels in organizations, designing and facilitating offsite meetings, helping shape thinking, and helping people develop actionable plans.
Peter is also an experienced L&D professional and has designed and run leadership development programs both in-house and as a consultant. Originally from London, UK, he has lived and worked in Paris, Madrid, Geneva, San Francisco, and now Boston. People would describe him as a very calm, experienced leader who demonstrates cultural sensitivity who clearly shows how he values diversity.
