With over 20 years of experience in corporate learning and leadership development, Dr. Shelli Hendricks is the Founder and President of Blue Horizon Solutions LLC. She has managed global teams, led leadership programs and coached executive teams through strategic organizational change. As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), credentialed by the International Coaching Federation, Dr. Hendricks works with leaders to unlock personal effectiveness, extraordinary performance and organizational excellence. She is frequently asked to share her expertise as a keynote speaker at events and conferences.
In addition to a Master of Science in Educational Technology, she holds a PhD in Organizational Development & Change through Fielding Graduate University. Her research explored what leaders learned about themselves and leading teams during the COVID-19 pandemic.
