Susan Drucker Hunsaker, M.A., PCC, is a certified executive coach and facilitator who partners with senior executives to determine their strategic priorities, simplify complex leadership challenges, and create harmony in their team dynamics. She draws on her experience as a successful hospitality entrepreneur to help clients gain powerful insights and execute plans that move the needle forward in their organizations.

In her deep, twenty-five year professional history, Susan has worked in senior leadership roles in both corporate and start-up environments. At Williams-Sonoma, she collaborated with senior leadership to write the business plan and launch a new sales channel. She led and trained a 50 person nationwide team for their Mark and Graham brand. Susan has personally lived and breathed the highs and lows of business ownership as a hospitality entrepreneur at 31st Union and Fogbird, businesses she co-founded with her husband and business partner, David Hunsaker. She knows that moving every percentage point, training every new hire, and exceeding customer expectations calls on a strong inner game, well-oiled processes, and exceptional advisors.

Susan holds a B.A. from Loyola Marymount University, a M.A. in Educational Technology from the University of San Francisco, a Certificate in Executive Coaching from the Center for Executive Coaching, and a Professional Coach Credential from the International Coach Federation.
