My coaching style involves holding space for others to process and see what it's like to be on the other side of them. I aim to discover what the person truly wants and hold them accountable for the actions and mindsets needed to get there. I also value the whole human I work with and provide a balanced and grounded approach to personal and professional growth.
Success is measured first by mutually defining that up-front, and then benchmarking our progress along the way. I capture commitments at each session, as well as notes from each conversation, in order to see the trends and overall progress that's been made.

The ideal client is someone who is frustrated or dissatisfied with their current reality and is ready to do the work necessary to change it while also being honest with themself about how they are contributing to that reality. Beyond that core, it could be a young professional, mid-level leader, or executive-level senior leader needing a fresh perspective. I particularly enjoy working with former athletes as well.
